Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, initiating, coordinating and executing promotional programs with aim at maximizing sales for assigned key account (Mainly supermarket chain) to achieve business objectives
• Build and maintain rapport and good relationships with key accounts
• Plan, manage and control trade spending and promotion funds
• Involved in trading terms negotiation, daily operations and promotional programs consolidation
• Work closely with Merchandising & Marketing Team and clients for sales and promotion plan of assigned key account
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to business needs 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Business / Marketing discipline or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in in FMCG / food industry / key accounts / buying, desirably with 1-2 years managerial experience
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• With sound analytical and strategic mindset
• Excellent people management and negotiation skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
