As a direct result of the ongoing growth and a strong commitment to innovation, the opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and passionate Quality Control Officer to join our team.  This role will support the sourcing and development teams as well as the senior Quality Assurance Officer to ensure that high quality and in spec products are delivered to our customers globally. 

Job responsibilities include:

• Communicate with suppliers and vendors for any quality problems
• Manage 3rd party inspection result customer and vendor communication
• Manage 3rd party inspection company relationships 
• Visit factories during pre-production and production to manage product output
• Management of retain system

This role will cover cross category QC so a willingness to learn and be flexible, as well as work on multiple projects at the one time is essential 

Requirements: 

Previous experience in a similar role 

English + Mandarin, other languages will be well regarded

Must be able to use MS Office programs 

Understanding of BSCI/ISO9001/ISO14001/GMPC

Previous work with 3rd party labs and inspection agencies including UL,AI,SGS,ITS
