Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle customers’ enquiries by phone / email
Provide customer service at counter area (Parts Sales and Carry-in Repair Service)
General clerical work and data entry
Support warehouse activities

Requirements:

Diploma or above in any disciplines
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience & preferably in Home Appliance Industry
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese (Chongjie/Quick) and English typing
Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill and able to work independently
Immediately available is preferred
