Air Export Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and fulfill the customer shipment booking on timely and professional manner according to customer requirements and expectation
• Handle customer's inquiry to resolve problems
• Proactively keep the customer updated on the status of their order until final delivery
• React to or escalate any kind of irregularity

Gateway Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for air export operational support including prepare, verify, update and filing of shipping documents
• Support air gateway team in optimization of cargo consolidation
• Co-ordinate with warehouse and airlines on cargo arrangement and documentation
• Support air freight gateway team in optimization of cargo consolidation
• Provide administrative support and report preparation to department

Job Requirements:

• Non-degree or above students in airfreight management / logistics or related disciplines
• Solid knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Office
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good communication of Mandarin is a essential (For Customer Service position)  
• Shift duty from Monday to Saturday is required (For Gateway Operations position)
