Job Duties: 

• To manage daily import and export operation of Fruit to ensure the activity is properly and smoothly run
• To coordinate the delivery status of the fruit of both Asia  and Hong Kong
• To perform data review and system checking to ensure all related information is complete and correct for shipment
• To prepare regular reports on current and pending import/export status
• To check, collect and consolidate daily shipment report from factories
• To supervise logistics staff to prepare the importing and exporting documentation on time
• To coordinate with factories for special arrangement of export cargos
• To arrange Certificate of Origin (C/O) for shipment if needed
• To study the guideline of new customers
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time
