Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor order shipment process from order receiving up to shipment in respect of ETA required
• Make sure the S.O.P. is fully respected and understood by LSP and Supplier
• Being the key interlocutor between Clients, Suppliers, Forwarders and use the different resources available in order to be able to answer or solve issues met by above parties
• Optimize the shipment planning (Consolidation Plan) in order to reduce logistic cost
• Report issues to LSP and management & ensure corrective actions done by LSP
• Prepare and communicate all kind of reports required to Head Office

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 1 to 2 years relevant working experience. New graduates will also be considered
• Initiative, independent, well-organized, responsible and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with good command of written and spoken English
• Detail-orientated, proactive working attitude
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing skill

We offer 5 day work week, double pay, medical and competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualification. Candidates not stating their expected salary will not be considered.
