Operation & Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibilities

• To perform daily accounting operation 
• To handle customers' invoices, credit note and verification of supporting documents 
• Manage Accounts Payable / Account Receivable 
• Assists in month end closing & reporting
• Other adhoc projects

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent  
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably with experience in accounting
• Good PC skills in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency of Data Analysis in Excel 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills and able to work independently
• Immediately available is preferred
