We are looking for the Captains for 30-50M Private Yacht.  

Right candidate is required with following:

• 5 years or above experience in operation of >100feet boat (private yacht/charter yacht/merchant yacht);
• Excellent boat handling and navigational skills;
• Excellent maintenance, engineering and technical/troubleshooting experience;
• Superior leadership, communication and management skills;
• Ability to remain calm and give directions in an emergency situation;
• Familiar with overall safety codes and the safety training of crews.

icense Requirements:

• Master Class 4;
• Master 3000ton; or
• HKSAR Pleasure Vessel Operator Grade 1.

• Safe navigation and operation on yacht up to 500GT;
• Maintain valid certificates and license under lcoal and overseas authorities;
• Maintain proper records;
• Maintain sea logs and operation procedures;
• Decision making with regards to crews;
• Overseeing the upkeep of vessels;
• Taking control of repairs and yard visits;
• Manage refit projects (if any).

Good command of English.
