Report to the Leasing & Property Manager, the incumbent is to assist in the daily operation and management of the group’s commercial & retail portfolio. Duties include administration and coordination of day to day maintenance works, handle tenants enquiries / complaints, liaison with Incorporated Owners, property management companies and other authorities and, provision of assistance to the team in facilitating the leasing activities and enhancing the value of the group’s portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Degree in Surveying / Construction / Property Management or related disciplines; Technical background is an asset
2. Minimum 5 years experience in property management in reputable property management companies and/or property investment companies
3. Familiar with DMC, BMO, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance other related legal documents
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable in working with people at all levels
5. Independent, proactive, mature, hard-working and able to work under pressure
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
7. Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Property Manager
