Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics operation including warehouse, transportation and order processing for both merchandise and non-merchandise items
• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents
• Liaise with suppliers and forwarders for shipment schedule and arrangement
• Follow up on defective and repair items
• Stock management
• Prepare various report for operations review
• Provide solutions for any ad-hoc logistics request

Requirements

• Diploma graduated or above, preferably in logistics/supply chain management or related discipline
• At least 1 year relevant experience in retail industry
• Familiar with the import and export procedure in Hong Kong and Macau
• Experience in using Tech-Trans and Retail Pro will be an advantage
• Proficiency in PC operation including MS Office and Tradelink
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Well-organized, self-motivated and good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
