Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring, guiding and supporting the ocean and air operations of a global key account to ensure quality services are delivered to customer
• Own the configuration of customer facing applications to meet customer requirements of global key account
• Build a strong operational customer relationship and understand the customers organization (structure, processes and requirements), at both a Global and Regional Levels
• Continuous profitability monitoring and optimization through process improvement and reengineering
• Ensure the standard of service specified in the Master SOPs, the relevant system SOPs and working procedures  is understood and executed
• Ownership of KPI and QBR/MBR Management at both Regional and Local Top Origins and Destinations, as defined
• Operational ownership for performance management both internally and externally, on a global level
• Support Business Implementation for Freight Management (FM)
• Drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) for the global key accounts
• Direct ownership of timely release, conformity and management of the Partners and preferred Carrier Network utilization to global markets
• Ensure operational excellence delivered for assigned global key accounts such as event updates, order due alerts, customer’s KPIs, data quality and EDI transmission

Job Requirements:

• At least 12 years of operational experience in global freight forwarding / logistics company
• Proficiency in 3PL preferably in Key Account Management, and or Operation is a must
• Ability to integrate and coordinate efforts  resources across functions and boundaries; and also to influence customer at Senior Management level
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese is a must,  preferably Mandarin
• Good knowledge of MS Office, and preferably experience in operating Order Management Systems (e.g. LogNet, GT Nexus etc…)
• Master degree holder in Business Administration / Logistics or equivalent
