  • Assist to develop, recommend, review and evaluate new or existing procedure/guideline for logistics management functions in relation to inventory management, warehousing, transportation and distribution of products/materials.
  • Liaise with related parties for allocation of stock, stock take, determination of space requirements for storage, delivery of products and overall control of the movement of materials/products being received/shipped.
  • Supervise and monitor daily work schedule of warehousing and delivery personnel involved in loading & unloading trucks, stacking, picking, packing and palletizing products/materials.
  • Prepare and analyze various kinds of inventory/sales reports for management review.
  • Monitor subordinates to maintain a clean and pleasant working environment and ensure that all safety procedures are properly followed.

Job Specification

  • Tertiary educated or above preferably in Supply Chain Management or related subjects.
  • 3-4 years relevant experience in logistics/warehouse management with at least 1 year of which at supervisory level. Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English. Mandarin is preferred.
  • Computer knowledge in MS Office Applications (Excel & Word)
  • Holder of a valid driving license (Class 18) and Forklift Truck license (Counter-Balance/Reach) is preferred.
  • Knowledge in ISO series, safety management and HACCP is an advantage.
  • Be independent, responsible, flexible and willing to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
