Job descriptions

• Assist in Warehouse Operation (Location : Kwai Chung, Yuen Long)
• To work closely with suppliers, vendors, sales team to ensure products delivery to retail outlets
• Design and improvise work flow to ensure optimal usage of storage space and maintain proper record for stock in/out
• Implement, review and improve the current operations and ensure the logistics operations meet the required KPI standard
• Prepare monthly billing, invoicing and reports

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above), Good command in Cantonese, English
• F.7 or above in Logistics Management or related disciplines
• 1 year experience in planning , monitoring and managing daily warehouse operations
• Familiar in Excel skills
• Highly sensitive to data and KPI
• Self-motivated and strong analytical skill
• Good communication skills
• Loving teamwork
