DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform the daily operations in private flight and cargo business;
   
   
2. Control and maintain standards of food and service quality and procedures in business operations;
   
   
3. Handle the ad-hoc problem and collect feedback from customers;
   
   
4. Maintain good relationship with customers so as to achieve total customer satisfaction.
   

REQUIREMENT

• F.5 or above.
• Fair English is required.
• Valid driving licence No.1 & 2.
• At least 1 year working experience in customer service area.
•
