JOB DUTIES:

lDirect report to Project Manager and General Manager

lLiaise with both internal (included Sub-Contractor) and external parties to ensure smooth operation

lPrepare material and conduct meeting with clients

lPrepare and analyze various reports related to budgeting, manpower & cost control

lDevelop and implement new e-Logistics system

lAssist in ad-hoc projects as required

REQUIREMENTS:

lDegree or above in Supply Chain & Logistics, Operations Management, Information System or related disciplines

lWith minimum 5 years solid relevant experience, and at least 2 years in supervisory level

lSolid experience in logistics or IT knowledge will be a plus

lStrong communication and leadership skills

lWork independent, detail-minded and self-motivated

lPositive working attitude

lFluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

lProficient in PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
