Operation Team Leader

Diploma holder in Logistics or related discipline

Minimum 4-5 years’ working experience in warehouse & logistics operation and with 3 years at supervisory level

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, knowledge of SAP system an advantage

Good command of English & Chinese

Holder of forklift & driving license is preferred

Proactive, responsible and willing to work under pressure

Responsibility:

To supervise a team of storekeepers and manage all aspects of the warehouse operation including goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch process and record management

To anticipates daily operations problems and develop daily contingency plan

To prepare required reports and closely monitors daily activities in order to ensure smooth workflow processing

To investigate and assist in handling the incidents or complaints from customer
