As part of the Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for

• Report to the Financial Controller, responsible in the daily management and supervision of the Payment Team by managing the accounts payable cycle for the local operations
• Driving key accounts payable processes by working across various internal and external teams
• Relationship building with key vendors to resolve payment issues and at best negotiate payment terms in favor of the company
• Ensure the financial transactions are in compliance with financial control policies, and established accounting policies and procedures
• Improve systems, policies and procedures on an on-going basis and ensure proper documentation and implementation to cope with the objectives of the Company
• Motivate the team for success, and integrate customer-service oriented behaviors
• Prepare financial reports and analysis on payables and purchases to senior management
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
• Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experiences in Accounts Payable in a sizeable organization of which 3 years at the supervisory level
• Good knowledge in internal control management
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• High computer literacy and strong spreadsheet skill
• Immediately available is highly preferred
