Job Description
1. 处理全套帐户
2. 处理代金券,支票和账单
3. 审查海外办事处的财务报告
4. 准备每月和每年的财务分析,资产负债表,损益报告和管理报告
5. 处理应付账款和应收账款
6. 执行月末结账
7. 与外部审计师联系
8. 计算和准备工资
9. 每年参与税务咨询业务
10 按照指定参加特别项目
工作要求:
1.持有LCC高级证书的表格5或以上; 会计或相关学科高级文凭或以上
2. 至少2年全套会计经验
3. 会计软件如快速预订系统的经验将是一个优势
4. 强大的数据分析技能/会计技能
5. 能够在压力下工作,快速理解
6. 诚实,勤奋,可靠,负责任,积极主动的队员
7. 精通MS Office技能(Word,Excel)
Responsibilities:
1. Handle full set of accounts
2. Handle vouchers, cheques and account statements
3. Review financial reports from overseas offices
4. Prepare monthly and yearly financial analysis, balance sheet, profit & loss report and management reports
5. Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
6. Perform Month-End closing
7. Liaise with external auditors
8. Calculate and prepare payroll
9. Participate in tax advisory engagements in tax audit every year
10.Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
1. Form 5 or above with LCC higher Certificate; Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 2 years full set accounting experience
- Experience in accounting software such as quick book System would be an advantage
4. Strong data analytical skills/ accounting skills
5. Ability to work under pressure, quickly understand
6. Honest, hard-working, reliable, responsible, proactive team player
7. Proficient in MS Office skill (Word, Excel)
