Job Description:

• To be responsible for consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and accounting
• To manage the statutory audit and tax compliance
• To assist in the feasibility study and financial modelling for potential new projects
• To liaise with bankers, external auditors, legal advisers and tax representative to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• To provide assistance on announcements, circulars and other hoc project(s) as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline with professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA or its equivalent
• Qualified Accountant with over 8 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years working experience in a listed company
• Extensive hands-on experience in financial reporting, internal control, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting and taxation
• Familiar with accounting policies for HKFRS/IFRS
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, team player, can work under pressure and able to roll up sleeves to demonstrate and achieve solid results
