Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating with main contractor and monitoring the progress and quality of the assigned building projects in Hong Kong or Macau on behalf of the developer.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Management / Interior Fitting Out / other relevant disciplines with HKICW professional qualification preferred.

- At least 3 years relevant experience in construction industry particulary in fitting out, renovation, alternation/addition works and associated building services installation works, etc.

- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.

- PC skill is required.
