The Administration Officer is responsible for providing administration support to logistics department.

Your tasks:

• Provide full spectrum of administration support to both internal users and visitors, e.g. procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipments, insurance, office renovation, etc.
• Monitor the services provided by the property management office and contractors, e.g. security, cleaning, fire, waste collection, elevators, telephone and network system, etc.
• Monitor and maintain the maintenance log book and petty cash policy & procedures
• Assist in coordination and execution of ISO9001
• Prepare monthly reports to the management
• Supervise administration team on daily operations
• Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• Higher Diploma or above level in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, with experience in logistics industry is an added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS office including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Independent and self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and good team player
• Able to meet tight deadline
• Work location: Tsing Yi
