On behalf of our client, a management service MNC headquartered in HK of office location in CBD in HK Island, we are looking for a skillful and assertive human resources practitioner who is mainly responsible for the recruitment function.

Job Duties:

• Lead a small recruitment team and responsible for hiring support of various positions in HK office
• Supervise and carry out the whole hiring process from understanding and preparation of job descriptions, candidate sourcing, selection & interview process, job offer negotiation to staff on-board
• Work as a business partner with line managers of user departments to facilitate the effective & efficient hiring process in line with business needs
• Implement and maintain corporate recruitment policies & procedures; and develop and execute hiring plans and initiatives for various positions
• Provide necessary staffing support such as new staff orientation, training on recruitment process, recruitment status update & tracking, etc.
• Prepare headcounts related reports and analysis for management information

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in full spectrum of HRM functions and/or recruitment; hands-on experience on mass recruitment is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
