Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for full spectrum Human Resources functions including C&B, recruitment and selection, performance management and employee relations
• Provide HR consultancy services to line managers and ensure all HR issues are properly addressed
• Prepare and update monthly HR Reports for management review
• Participate in other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned

 
Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR field
• Customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in HK employment ordinance
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
