Assistant Manager to Manager, Performance & Rewards - Human Resources Department 

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute policies and procedures regarding performance management programs
• Assist in development and administration of Human Resources Information Systems
• Manage salary administration programs, which includes conducting market surveys/analyses and present reports and proposals to management
• Assist in managing C&B functions such as payroll, provident fund, medical and benefits
• Prepare regular reports and assume other HR duties as needed

 
Job equirements:

• University graduate
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, HKRS and/or performance management, preferably in a banking environment
• Knowledge of various compensation and incentive programs
• Familiar with Hong Kong employment regulations and relevant tax and compensation practices
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
