PRIMARY OBJECTIVE 

As the Employee Relations Executive reporting directly to a HR Director,this personwill manage the relationship between the Company and our staff at the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) to ensure they have the right motivation and passion for work. Identify opportunities to improve-enhance-change proactively in order to maximize profitabilityof the company, customers and employee satisfaction to our Company.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop effective key lines of communications with frontline staff include managing the Notice Board
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships, often with conflicting demands or priorities
• Work closely and liaise with Retail Operations Team and HR managers (TA, C&B, Training) to propose ideas to enhance staff work performance, satisfaction and efficiency
• Visit stores and conduct staff interviews in order to understand their needs, work performance, motivations and challenges regularly
• Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES 

• Professional Degree in Human Resources Management;
• 2 years of relevant experience specific in employees relationand retail industry;
• Experience in Travel Retail and HK International Airport is an advantageous;
• Professional knowledge of HK Labour Law;
• Great interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
• Detail-minded and well-organized;
• Independent with good common sense and logical thinking able to prioritize tasks
• Trustable for both employee and employer (able to work with confidential and sensitive information);
• Experienced and comfortable with processing relevant formsand reports;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
