Responsibility:

• Responsible for deal management, due diligence and deal execution.
• Prepare pitch books, RFP responses and other marketing materials
• Carry out financial analysis, valuation, credit approval and documentation, as well as debt rating exercise
• Collect market data and prepare regular market updates
• Analyze market data and prepare comprehensive presentation materials
• Assist other teams of DCM in project support work, such as kick-off book, weekly meetings, etc.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Finance / Business / Mathematics or related disciplines with at least 1-2 years working experience in DCM Department or Financial Public Relations Company
• Candidate with experience in international rating agencies is a plus
• Possess sound financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of capital markets for HK and PRC markets
• Knowledge of fixed income markets, products, trade process is a plus
• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong Microsoft Word, PPT and Excel skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
