Your Position

As part of an experienced and dynamic team providing professional fund services to our clients, this position will support the centralization of processing payments. Core areas of responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Prepare remittance advice and online payment transaction for bank processing
• Prepare payment package with supporting documents to reviewer for approval
• Ensure sufficient fund is maintained bank accounts to process payment
• Update all receipt and payment transactions to funds’ bank accounting books
• Perform bank reconciliation for funds’  bank accounts
• Ensure the payment procedures adhere to payment policy and procedures as well as identify and report any exceptional item to Line Manager
• Communicate with internal departments and clients for the follow-up actions to process payment

Your profile

• Diploma or above in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or related discipline
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience
• Detailed oriented, high accuracy, organized and patient
• Follow procedures and able to meet the tight payment deadlines
• Familiar with payment process is preferred
• Good written and spoken in English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin will be an advantage
• Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn
• Able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
