Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole loans and credit operations including loan draw-down and disbursement, etc
• Conduct credit and risk assessment on customers
• Ensure adequate risk control are in place and followed
• Ensure adherence to internal guidelines, service standards and liaise with external solicitors for legal and regulatory requirements
• Develop business opportunities, marketing campaigns, online platform
• Daily operation including preparation of all loan-related documents, verification of customers' submission of documents/information and update of the loan data system. 
• Handle customers' inquiries 
• Assisting in ad-hoc project

Requirements:

• University graduate with a minimum of 3 years of solid working experience in personal loans operations in which 1 year at supervisory level
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
• The post of Loan Officer will be offered to those with less experience / lower qualifications
• Immediate availability is an Advantage
