• Lead the team to formulate corporate credit strategy and policies according to prevailing market conditions, regulatory requirements and the risk appetite of the bank
• Monitor the performance of corporate portfolios to ensure compliance with the bank-wide credit risk strategies, policies and procedures
• Provide support to credit related compliance and regulatory matters and to prepare follow up actions
• Foster strong compliance and operational risk culture across Corporate Banking
• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, or related disciplines, with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in banking industry
• Familiar with the regulatory environment of the banking and finance industry including the requirements from HKMA and SFC
• Good communication and presentation skills with excellent command of Chinese and English, spoken Mandarin is preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Chief Risk & Compliance Manager.
