Job Responsibilities:

• Perform risk assesment on bonds and equities across China and Asian region.
• Conduct analysis of bond and equity ratings.
• Monitor the performance of US Bonds and give advice on the corresponding investment strategies for portfolio management.
• Perform due diligence on the financial, legal, and commercial status of targeted companies for private equity investment.
• Prepare/Review financial reports and analysis for China and Asian markets and evaluate potential private equity investment opportunities in China and international markets.
• Perform financial analysis and handle month-end closing, as well as participate in ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Analysis, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analysis or database management, with exposure to financial analysis and business evaluation
• Possess professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA perferred
• Good communication, analytical, project management skills, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
