Responsibilities:

• Will handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions
• Will assist in preparing pitch books and executing transactions and conducting due diligence 
• Will prepare draft announcements, circulars and other relevant documents
• Will liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities in connection with respective implementation of projects

Requirements:

         A degree holder in Accounting/ Law/ Finance/ Business Administration

•         Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
•         Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
•         Good interpersonal and communication skills 
•         Self-motivated and a good team player
•       Fresh graduates will also be considered
