Job Description
THE COMPANY :

- Principally engaged in property development & investment in Hong Kong
- The Company is engaged in the development of residential, commercial office, serviced apartments, shopping malls and hospitality properties in Hong Kong
- We are looking for SENIOR ARCHITECT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Perform architectural duties for assigned property development projects located in Hong Kong
- Produce schematic design, presentation drawings and detail design
- Ensure the property development project goals are accomplished within a destined timeframe, cost and design intent
- Work closely with internal project teams, consultancy firms, contractors and government bodies on property projects from inception to completion stages
- Participate in developing the master plans for projects to ensure maximum utilization of land
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned
- Degree holder in Architecture or related disciplines
- HKIA, AP is preferable
- Over 10 years relevant experience; preferably focus in properties located in Hong Kong for past few years
- Experience in commercial offices, serviced apartments, hotels, residential or shopping malls located in Hong Kong is highly prefer
- Sound understanding of all project phases and possess excellent communication and liaison skills
- Be able to motivate and inspire the team, consultants and contractors involved in the projects
- Creative, highly motivated, independent working and capable of working under pressure
- Proficient in Mandarin, English & Chinese
- Recognize Chinese state-owned enterprises culture
- Less experience will be considered as Architect
