Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for all-rounded QS function include preparing and conducting cost analysis, measurement and collation of records at the construction sites;
• Responsible for interim payment applications and settlement of final account;
• Developing cost planning and project budgeting;
• Sub-contracts measurement, value and assist in agreement;
• Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Quantity Surveyor or equivalent;
• Min. 5 years relevant experience in Building Works with Contractor/Sub-contractor ;
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen;
• Self-motivate, accurate, hard-working and Independently;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good computer knowledge and familiar in using MS Office;
• Candidate has less experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
