Position summary

Full time based in Kwun Tong, Kowloon Hong Kong. The position supports the planning and delivery of key projects within the Sports apparel segment. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working across innovation team to help transform early product ideas and concepts into high quality samples and product presentations.

• Strong support for the planning and on time delivery of our formal seasonal trend presentations for our top sports apparel customers. These presentations showcase our latest new products and product derivatives and are of high interest and sought-after by the apparel brands who continually look for new and interesting ways to brand and decorate their garments.

• Upholding and continually developing brand standards throughout our locations in Asia (and wider divisional team) to ensure the ITW Graphics logo is correctly used on all internal and external communications and documentation.

• On-hand artwork and design support and feedback to sales and development teams who work on live customer projects.

• Developing and implementing programs to effectively feed work to production on a smooth and efficient basis.

• Accompany sales team members on customer calls and visits to understand and support expectations.

• Market/Competitor Surveillance and Reporting, Reporting key external sports apparel market trends and drivers to leadership team via monthly report to Division Marketing Manager. Monthly report also highlights internal progress on key projects

Requirements:

• Three to five years of graphic design experience, preferably in a related product area and / or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• High proficiency in English communication (both verbal and electronic, including email, Skype, etc.), and the ability to write reports, document business correspondence, present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and customers.

• Excellent computer skills, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other graphic oriented computer programs. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is also required. 

• Good knowledge of printing manufacturing processes, ideally including experience with silk screen printing and production.

• Excellent project management abilities.

• Proven organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong sense of confidentiality.

• A proactive spirit, strong self-motivation, respect for others and adaptability.
