Our client is one of the leading retail of casual wear to expand the business, it is now seeking for high caliber candidate to their Design team:    

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of casual ladies tops and knitwear
• Develop a design strategic plan and maintain overseeing ensure that you are moving in the same direction and keep on schedule
• Drive team to meet deadline and present ideas at key design meetings
• Monitor on the whole design process from concept, presentation of sketches, fitting session to sample
• Market visit in EEC/US and Asia Country

 Requirement   

• Degree in Fashion Design or related discipline
• With at least 5 years of experience managing a design team 
• Highly prefer experience in ladies Tops & Knitwear
• Good Management skill / Fashion sense / Innovation
• Strong communication and organizational skill
• Excellent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
