Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production operation, QA, PE, PMC & Compliance functions
• Formulate and execute development strategies to achieve company goals
• Lead and drive the team to improve quality and productivity
• Manage quality and regulatory systems (FDA / ISO13485)

Requirements:

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or relevant disciplines, Master degree is a plus
• Minimum 10 years practical experience in manufacturing of personal healthcare and medical-care products
• Good knowledge in TQM, 6-sigma, LEAN operation
• Experience in QMS systems under ISO13485, GMP and FDA requirements
• Strong communication skill in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Work in China factory
