Job Duties:

• Responsible for daily operations, including check-in and check-out and preparing related
• documents.
• Responsible for monthly housing reports.
• Responsible for managing guests’ account, includes charges, posting and payment
• collection.
• Handle all general enquiries from guests and maintain a harmonic relationship with them.
• Assist Building Manager in handling all minor guests complaints, emergency issues and any
• damage to the apartments and building properties.
• Prepare monthly roaster and staff attendance records for payroll purpose.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or above with at least 1 year experiences hospitality industry;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in computer, MS Office operation and Chinese word processing;
• Hardworking, eager to learn and be able to work under pressure;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with customer-oriented mindset;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
