Job Description
Our client, an international marketing agency, is looking for some Customer Relations Executive to join their growing team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
·Handle all written membership services related enquiries.
·Work with other team members to handle complex enquiries.
·Identify customers' needs, address and respond in an efficient and tactful manner by written communication.
·Work closely with the manager to develop customer services techniques and problem-solving skills.
·Collate and review reports regarding social media mentions, response levels etc. for management analysis.
To be considered, you must have:
·Post-secondary graduate or above.
·Strong proficiency in written English and Chinese.
·1-2 years' working experience, preferably in airline, travel or hospitality industry.
·Fresh graduate will also be considered.
·Be customer focus, helpful, flexible and energetic.
