Responsibilities:

• Answer customers (agents) enquiries via phone or email
• Handle ticket issuance 
• Handle Exchange Order

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Knowledge in ticketing, Sabre and Galileo
• Computer literate, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates of good calibre but with less experience will be considered for the position of Travel Assistant
