We are looking for a travel trade personnel who wants to escalate his / her career as Outbound and MICE / study tour specialist. This incumbent will be responsible for planning and organizing tour/ meeting event projects held overseas or in PRC. He/ She will also be involved in project implementation including but not limited to hotel reservations and arrange meeting sessions, local sightseeing and dining events, etc.  He/ She will lead a team and provide guidance & training to sub-ordinates. 

• Post secondary / Degree graduate, preferably in tourism / M.I.C.E. related disciplines
• With at least 6 years’ solid experience in outbound travel trade / student study tour / travel operation / travel industry
• Sound knowledge on tourist destinations, costing, airline reservation system, tour escort and ground arrangements as well as supervisory experience
• Outgoing, well-organized, highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua preferred
• Knowledge on MS office: EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT
• Candidate of good calibre but less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Supervisor.
