Responsibilities:

• Perform IT helpdesk support and resolve technical issues for users
• Monitor IT system health status, network performance and security control
• Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects, such as PC replacement, System Migration, Server Migration

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines with minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience is preferable
• Hands-on experience in Virtualization Technology (VMware vSphere 5.5 or up)
• Hands-on experience in router, switches, firewall, load balancers and DNS
• Knowledge of  Microsoft Windows Server, Windows and Linux operating system familiarity is an advantage
• Knowledge of administering users and computers via Active Directory
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
