Job Description
Role Summary :
As a Management Consultant, you will be part of the core team of global consultants working alongside some of the most experienced consultants, who believe in partnering in the growth of our clients
Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Business and Management Consulting
- Bachelor’s in Engineering with a Post Graduate Degree from a prestigious Business School (MBA or PGDBM or equivalent MS program)
- Certification in Change Management is a plus
- Spoken and written Mandarin & English experience is essential
- Acquaintance to any Global language is a plus
- Ability to work outside your comfort zone and ready to travel across multiple geographies – India, Middle East Africa, Australia, Asia Pacific, UK and Europe
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic thinking
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and productive
- Result-oriented, fast learner, self-driven and hardworking
- Team player, open-minded, optimistic and approachable
- Flexible and creative - ability to propose innovative ideas, build empathy within the firm and win the trust of the clients
- Domain knowledge in Finance & Procurement and Industry experience in CMI is a plus
