Job description

• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and project goals.
• Monitoring operation and project performance of all relevant subsidiaries.
• Developing and evaluating new investment opportunities.
• Responsible for the performance appraisal of subordinate companies.
• Being actively involved in budgeting and business planning processes of the company.

Qualification requirements

The candidate should possess the followings:

• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable.
• Familiar with the operation mechanism of state-owned enterprises or working experience in state-owned enterprises is preferred
• Good international education background and strong communication skills
• 5 years or above of financial analysis,  budgeting and project management  experience
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
• Strong commitment , willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Mature, conscientious, self-motivated, both analytical and detail-minded
• Qualified member CFA or CPA is a plus
• Willing to travel
