Requirements:

• LCCI Higher, Diploma holder in Accounting, or equivalent;
• 2-3 years working experience in accounting and administration functions;
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Peachtree will be an advantage;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility

Job responsibilities:

•   Perform daily accounting operations, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, documentation, etc;
•   Responsible for data entry, voucher preparing and invoice/cheque issuing;
•   Assist in accounting and other ad hoc assignments, such as filing, stock take;
•   Provide general office administrative support as required
