Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable and payable
• Handle intercompany and bank reconciliation 
• Handle daily cash in-flow reconciliation with sales report
• Update and maintain the bank masters and chops/safe keys control list
• Update forecast and analysis for various cinemas and upcoming projects
• Work closely with Cinema operation team and vendors
• Assist in month-end closing of financial statement preparation
• Check and verify the reports submitted by cinemas operation team on daily basis and audited accounts of the Companies for further approval
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
