Responsibilities:

• Responsible for company secretarial and compliance duties, including manage legal documents and follow up action
• Liaise with external corporate secretarial parties to prepare documents for shareholders meetings and board resolutions
• Provide administrative support to Financial Director, such as schedule and meeting arrangement, email checking and etc.
• Any ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Company Secretarial, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3  years working experience in handling company secretarial matters
• Must be highly computer literate
• Excellent organizational skills, efficient, attentive and highly systematic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills dealing with internal and external parties
• High level of maturity, flexibility and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
