Job Summary:

• Manage FMCG turnaround projects, key stakeholder relationships and coordinate project portfolio to ensure performance and activities align with group-wide strategies/roadmap for growth
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources, where applicable
• Lead and maintain strong project governance to ensure that projects are connected/focus on priority areas
• Faciliate discussion on project requirements, negotiate needs and expectations, translate info functional outcomes
• Plan and develop project plans, tasks and associated communication documentations as part of the project management activities
• Monitor and manage concurrent projects ensuring across-the-board delivery against defined deliverables
• Ensure delivery of projects within time-lines, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Plan, define and control budgeted time, project's costs and ensure billing for chargeable projects promptly
• Consistently engage and communicate with business/stakeholders on requirements and progress
• Act as a gatekeeper for stakeholder relations and help extend administration project deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent; MBA is highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained from MNC
• Demonstrate knowledge in project management, ideal to have in-house consulting/project management skills
• Outstanding communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
• Proven commercially with advanced numeracy and excellent quantitative analysis
• Ability to produce graphic representations of analytical data for presentations
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
