Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the annual financial planning process (budgeting and forecasting)
  • Assist the controller in preparing financial statements and reporting
  • Assist with analysis and stores performances by collecting, analyzing and reporting financial and statistical data
  • Monitor sales, costs, margins and inventory and carry out all analysis required to identify variance’s causes
  • Support on shop KPI targets settings and monthly controls activities
  • Analyze trends, formulate projections for retail and wholesale business
  • Work closely with other Functions to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Completes ad hoc projects and duties assigned by the line manager from time to time

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Economics / Finance or any related discipline
  • Solid experience in budgeting / forecasting / financial analysis / audit in multinational company (retail Industry preferred)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, MS Powerpoint, SAP, Oracle Essbase is a plus
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Financial Analyst
