The role

We are currently looking for a junior to middle level support specialist to provide administrative support for the Business Services and Business Development activities of the studio with a primary focus on:

  • Assist BD Manager with clerical work, key duties including documentation and presentation preparation, filing, database input and upkeeping, maintaining calendars and appointments, providing administrative support to internal teams.
  • Provide full range of bidding administrative support including but not limited to inquiries, commercial proposal preparation, tender submission preparation and post tender/quotation follow up.
  • Assist with translation of bid documentation
  • Carry out business development and marketing related job tasks.
  • Provide support for a range of office administration to the studio and ad-hoc as assigned

About you

  • 1-3 years’ business development and administrative support and/or proposal preparation experience in design or related industries.
  • Good attention to details and ability to use own initiative and perform duties under limited supervision.
  • Multitasking, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Excellent Mandarin and English verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, MS Excel / PowerPoint skills essential with strong desktop publishing.
  • In-Design skills and knowledge of Photoshop is a big advantage.
  • Experience in CRM system or quick to learn.
