About the Company:

Our client is an UK Conglomerate with strong presence over the globe.

With the business expansion in Hong Kong, they are looking for a entry level HR professional to take up the role as HR Officer specialising in business partnering and internal communication in a team of 9 (Strategic HRBP team)

Job Description:

• Acting as HR Business Partner to liaise with different line managers
• Assist in different HR strategic projects such as manpower and headcount planning etc.
• Ensures that mandatory requirements such as employee performance plan issues, mid-year reviews, and final reviews are met
• Assist in ad hoc HR projects if needed

Skills & Experiences required:

• University degree in HR Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR Management within a sizeable organisation
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
